The Sustainability Leaders Initiative is an academically rigorous program designed to provide systemic leadership resources to scholars and university students to foster their understanding of sustainability practices in their home countries and empower them with practical experience from inspiring field leaders.
Building the Next Generation of Changemakers: How the Sustainability Leaderships Initiative Works
Our program is offered online and offline. Through a series of interactive sessions led by field experts, university students and scholars will gain a deeper understanding of topics related to sustainability from global trends, sustainability practices, implementation & monitoring systems, and more.

The 2022 Edition
From March to April 2022, PIM delivered several interactive online workshops focusing on five key topics in sustainability. Our aim was to provide a platform for Bai Xian Scholars to connect with reputable leaders of grassroots organizations and social enterprises, who served as session panelists and shared their practical experience and insights. These workshops not only expanded the Scholars’ understanding of sustainability but also helped them develop their leadership skills by connecting them with inspirational leaders in various fields.
