Agita Pasaribu is the Founder and currently Executive Director of Bullyid Indonesia, a global award tech charity focusing on empowering victims of harassment with digital psychological and legal support. Prior to founding Bullyid Indonesia, Agita is known as a young leader and advocate for youth empowerment in digital governance, cyber harassment prevention, and women’s rights in Indonesia. She was the Youth IGF Ambassador for Indonesia; it is a recognised initiative described by the UN Internet Governance Forum (IGF) to engage the young people of Indonesia in the discussion on Internet governance and bring their voices to the global IGF discussion agenda. Agita is also on UNESCO Youth AI (Artificial Intelligence) Ethics Steering Committee. Her contribution and commitment to youth empowerment in digital governance and cyber harassment prevention have been recognised and celebrated globally. She has received the 2019 Southeast Asia Young Leader and Global Strategic Leadership Award, the 2020 ITU Innovation Challenge Award, the 2021 EU Social Digi Award, and the GenT-Tatler Leader of Tomorrow Honoree. She is also the elected 2017 Southeast Asian Young Leader for the IISS Shangri-La Dialogue, 2020 Women Deliver Young Leader, 2021 GivingTuesday Starling Fellow, 2022 Young Global Changer from Global Solutions Initiative and part of the US-ASEAN Women’s Leadership Network. Agita received her LL.B in Criminal Law from the University of Indonesia. Fred J Hansen Institute then awarded her to continue the exclusive leadership programme at the University of San Diego. Agita completed her M.A in International Relations from the University of Malaya and was granted the Internet Governance course by the ICANN at the Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals, Barcelona-Spain.

I am Ashutosh Shukla, hailing from India and currently pursuing PhD course in Urban Planning at University of The Ryukyus. After completing my Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering. I was awarded prestigious Japanese Government Scholarship in 2019 to pursue master’s course in Japan. I was also selected by Awaji Youth Foundation Fellowship program to learn about New Business Development and Regional Revitalization in 2022. Apart from being technical achievements, I started my own venture and Non Profit Origination during my bachelor’s course “Vera Enterprises and Vera Foundation” which currently operates in India and has collaboration all around globe mostly Japan. In 2021 I was awarded the Emerging Scientist Award for my work on Rural Settlements and Geopolymer Concrete. As an engineer my approach towards different segments of life is very dynamic. I channelize my energy to passionately strive to reach the goal with the scientific integrity.

Chaimae El Mahdaoui is a versatile and accomplished individual with a background in cancer biology, social entrepreneurship, and communication. She is the founder of Health and travel solutions, a Health tech and health service that offers tools for prevention and vaccination against communicable diseases for travelers. Chaimae was part of the winning team at the Arab Innovation Academy 2019 and is an active youth activist and TEDxYouth speaker.
In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Chaimae is a ballet teacher and is involved in various youth entrepreneurship initiatives. She serves as the National Communications Manager for Enactus Morocco, assisting over 6,000 young entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses. She is also a Global Volunteer with AIESEC, having worked on projects in Brazil and Egypt.
Chaimae’s work in social entrepreneurship and her passion for life is reflected in her active engagement in projects that blend scientific dedication, artistic creativity, and community service.

Also, Harris closely worked with the Institute’s research staff on the PROTEAS facility, designing & 3D printing instruments and general machining processes.
