Award Ceremony InnovImpact Incubator(III) 2025: Celebrating Innovation, Grit, and Impact🏆

On July 19, 2025, Purpose in Motion hosted the InnovImpact Incubator Award Ceremony, marking the successful completion of its inaugural InnovImpact Incubator cohort. Over the past four months, four startup teams from across the globe embarked on an intensive journey of entrepreneurial growth—culminating in a Demo Day that showcased their impact-driven ventures. The award ceremony was a celebration not just of ideas, but of resilience, learning, and the collective spirit of changemakers.

From Desert Island to Demo Day🏝️

The evening began with an engaging reflection led by Melody, Program Director, who brought participants back to the early days of the program—specifically, the Desert Island icebreaker from orientation. Through Mentimeter, participants reflected on how far they’d come, what advice they’d give their past selves, and which workshop challenged them the most. It was a powerful reminder that entrepreneurship is as much a journey of personal growth as it is of building solutions.

Opening Remarks: A Cohort Worth Celebrating

Jasmine Lau, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Purpose in Motion, shared opening reflections that honored the ambition and creativity seen at Demo Day. She emphasized how the cohort had evolved from dreamers into doers—entrepreneurs ready to take on global challenges with practical, scalable solutions.

Haolan, Program Manager, reflected on the past 133 days of intensive learning. From market strategies to impact measurement and prototyping, the teams immersed themselves in academic coursework and mentorship. The PIM Team also shared their own proudest moments and lessons learned—highlighting the deep collaboration and growth that took place throughout the program.
